Here at Café Leura we are passionate about supporting our local community, empowering and growing our team, supporting our local suppliers and creating dishes in house for you to enjoy.

We strive to provide you the best customer experience for you emcompassing our Greek Heritage and FILOXENIA. We provide a safe and fun workplace for our team and we are super proud to be a fair work employers.

Café Leura is a small Family owned and Family run business – our employees come first and especially their right to fair pay.

The challenges all businesses are currently facing are rising costs in wages, superannuation and workcover – along with rising food and occupancy costs. Which means we need to pull certain levers in order to survive.

Everyday the media are reporting the closures of businesses and even more extreme the exploitation and underpayments of their team members.

We are NOT those employers.

So we choose to charge a weekend surcharge 10% and public holiday surcharge 20% to contribute towards our hard working team superstars.
